It is 2010 and diversity continues to be a focal point for driving results and the bottom- line. Understanding your Cultural Maturity individually and in your organization can prepare you for leveraging our global diversity for the future.

Dr. Felecia C. Harris, President of Educational Enhancement, Inc. will discuss what Cultural Maturity is and questions you can engage in to build and transform your relationships. This interactive session will provide participants an opportunity to explore what their cultural maturity is, how they embrace differences and how to begin taking action to transform cultural relationships.
