Maestro: Orchestrate Engagement and Inclusion LOCATION: Just as a conductor creates a vision of how musicians can bring music to life, diversity leaders establish a vision for how employees can bring inclusion and engagement to life. This session, through an interactive format, demonstrates how leaders can help employees engage and hear the "sounds and voices" of other members on the team. Using the orchestra metaphor of viewing an organization from "the podium" and "the chair," participants will leave with a greater appreciation of what it takes to get people to courageously connect, support, and engage.
