LOCATION:

What if the underling source of less than extraordinary communication in the workplace is that people hardly ever listen? We have discovered that people think they really do listen, and in fact don’t.

Take a look for yourself at your communication for the last week: Did you really listen to the people you work with; and did they really listen to you?

Most of us know that in order to operate with real partnership and resolve conflict, we need to communicate more effectively. And even though we have a sincere desire to elevate the level of our communication, the pathway is unclear and lives in our blind spot.

In this session we will…

  • Examine and reveal the kinds of ineffective communication that are commonplace in our work environment.

  • Distinguish the impact on you, your coworkers and colleagues, and your enterprise of tolerating less than extraordinary communication.

  • “Reinvent communication” through a new and enlightened point of view.

  • Learn how to use listening to transform conflicts into opportunities for partnership and productivity.
