About the Presenter: Marcia Jackson Marcia has been a trainer, facilitator, speaker, and management consulting for 16 years working with large and small organizations. She increases productivity with training that sticks. Her programs energize audiences to retain and apply new skills with interactive, high-energy, hands-on, and practical tools. Her clients invite her back again and again because she wows them with her energy, excitement, and insights while solving their business problems. She is a certified trainer and facilitator with special training in the Five Factor Model of Personality, Skilled Facilitation, Organizational Development, Training and Development and Interactive Instructional Design. She has a B.A. in Sociology. Ms. Jackson has served on numerous boards, including the Charlotte Area Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for 5 years.
