Managing Generations in the Workplace LOCATION: How do we help your leaders capitalize on the distinctive characteristics of every employee to keep them fully engaged, and contributing to your organization? With 4 to 5 generations now in the workplace, how can we better understand the various communications styles, values, expectations of work, leadership styles, and motivations? Experience shows that most employees are capable of contributing at a higher level. However, there are circumstances where learning and growth can be derailed by a lack of understanding between different generations. Many times these issues are caused by individual belief systems, organizational structure, and corporate cultures. This seminar will address the differences and similarities of the various generations and how to maximize each one's strengths and potential contributions.
