In the post-boom economy, the next generation of great American companies will have to build cultures that are dynamic and thrive on the constantly changing variables of business. These companies will have people that have a collective attitude that anticipates, embraces and even creates change as a means of succeeding. People and companies that develop changeability as a core competency will hold a distinct competitive advantage.

Nicholas Beamon will present this topic and lead a conversation exploring how developing a mindset of change can have a powerful impact on our lives and our companies. He will examine how the way we think, see ourselves and see what is possible creates patterns of behavior that ultimately determines our success or failure.
