As a member driven organization, the DCC pursues objectives that support our mission. Our primary objectives are:
To share knowledge by providing a forum where members can discuss what they have learned as their organizations implement programs that enhance diversity and inclusion.
To develop leadership by identifying and supporting people within organizations who will be advocates and champions for diversity.
To develop awareness by being a source of information that will help organizations learn about diversity issues, programs and opportunities.
To identify workplace strategies, case studies, resources and promising practices that show managers how a diverse and inclusive workforce contributes to competitiveness and enhances the performance of their organizations.
